We've booked our honeymoon! In 10 weeks and 3 days we'll be hopping on a plane at heathrow and jetting off half way around the world to Vancouver. Our itinerary has shrunk a little since we discovered that to have me as a drive on a hire car would cost us an extra £300 due to the fact that I only turn 25 two days before the end of the holiday, so we're only staying in 4 different places now, and driving around 500 miles as opposed to the original 1500!! But we're completely happy with it all - it means we get to spend longer in places, and we have a reason to come back to canada next summer!!

We're staying in Vancouver, Pemberton (village just north of Whistler), Nanaimo and Ucluelet on Vancouver Island, and I really can't wait to be there.

I'm quite pleased that we're honeymooning 2 weeks after the wedding, as it means we can really focus on getting excited about and recovering from the wedding, and then get excited all over again about going to Canada. The furthest Ben and I have ever travelled together is to Cornwall for 3 days, so this is a bit of an adventure for us....
