Yesterday afternoon I took my first editorial meeting for barefacts. Granted, there weren't that many people there, but it went fine. You know what? I think I can kinda do this barefacts thing.....

Last night was the National Student Radio Awards - and amazingly our very own radio station, GU2, won Best Station! It really was totally unexpected, so everyone's quite over the moon about it. Well, it definitely gives us a front page article for next week - woo hoo! Speaking of front pages, I had my first main front page story in this week's barefacts, about a couple of violent incidences on and near campus. I'm now Editor of the paper (one below big chief Rich, Editor in Chief), which is really exciting. I need to get some degree work done, but I'm enjoying doing this so much. Need to get the Times Higher and Surrey Ad and figure out some news stories for this week today.

I had a lie in.It was lovely. I've not been getting a lot of seep recently, so it was a welcome change to NOT set my alarm clock, and wake up when my body told me I should. We have 5 weeks left of term, but I'm coping alright. I don't want this term to end, cos that'll mean I am HALF WAY through my final year. Three and a half years.... that's a long time......
