Blimey, it's been a crazy night, involving several drunk Rawson Freshers and friends, 6 shopping trolley, 2 bins, a couple of trees, and some criminal damage. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but since my boys and some others broke some of the locks on the bikes in teh sheds and then put them in trees, I think they might be in quite a lot of trouble tomorrow morning. I can't believe they did it - I'm used to them bringing home the odd cone, and maybe even a trolley, but SIX?! And then vandalising the bike sheds - that's just not on, boys.
I've done 702 words of my jazz assignment. I'm not quite sure how, but somewhere I found some words. Now I need to write some more, do a time line diagram and notate an improvised solo from "Corner Pocket" by the Count Basie Orchestra. I don't know whether I've done anything near what he wants, but hey. I need to get it done. Don't think there'll be any Chancellors Challenge for me tomorrow night - I've only missed one in 10 weeks, and that was when I had a concert to play in. Letting the side down!
Barefacts last night wasn't bad, and I think the issue is looking really quite good, especially with all the photos of the barefacts and GU2 awards. Paul and Scott did a great job of taking some really arty and professional looking photos last night, complete with black drapes and purple lighting. Groovy!
Tomorrow is a busy day, then off to Cambridge and Royston with Adam on Friday, to visit my sister and his family. We're going to a posh party on Saturday, which will be... interesting! I'm not used to posh do's - we'll have to see if i can behave myself!
